A: Yes, we have stores in Düsseldorf and Munich.
Q: How does prepayment work?
A: As soon as your order is ready for shipment you recive mail with our bank account. When we have recived your bank transfer, your order will be sent.
Q: Which parcel service do you use?
A: We only use DHL.
Q: I'm not able to order correctly. What may be the causes?
